In Dandelion Season

Did you know all parts of the dandelion are really good for you . If you are having trouble with your skin your skin loves the flowers of the little weeds. To get your blood going in your blood and lymph... it an amazing little weed

I drink a tea with nettle , milk thistle , mint , and every month I add a whole dried dandelion to the mix.

I have been drying those little purple voilets as well and adding them to my tea
